Application Technical Support
Lifetime technical support applies to the application version you purchased, subject to the support policy. It covers supported installation, configuration, and troubleshooting requests. It does not mean lifetime free feature upgrades or indefinite compatibility with every future device/OS.
Optional Software Upgrades
Future major versions or new premium features may be offered separately for a fee. Upgrades are optional. Pixslip will provide details when available.
Device Warranty
Supplied tablets and thermal printers have a 15-day limited warranty, subject to written terms and applicable Philippine consumer law.
