Here is what you set up and manage as the owner, from first install to everyday operations. Tutorials and technical support are there to help you learn it.
Set up your system
- The application runs on an Android tablet or phone and is installed from the APK file supplied with your booth.
- Connect your 80mm ESC/POS thermal receipt printer by USB (or a USB-OTG cable) and load 80mm thermal paper. We use a wired connection, and Bluetooth printing isn't part of our supported setup. The printer needs auto-cut.
- Grant the camera and USB permissions when Android asks, then run a Test Print from Admin.
- Change the default Admin PIN before you go live.
Your business branding
- Each application build is prepared for your business, with your own business name, logo, and colors.
- Branding is set per build. It is not something you change from the Admin screen.
Templates and layouts
- Choose from four photo layouts: 1, 3, 4, or 6 photos. Set a 3, 5, or 10 second countdown, with retake and mirror options.
- Create up to 30 receipt templates. Use a simple header-and-footer design, or a full design with photo slots placed exactly where you want them.
- The design editor lets you move, resize, and rotate photo slots, choose shapes and borders, arrange layers, and undo or redo changes.
- Add up to 50 image stickers for guests to place on their photos.
Printing and print quality
- Prints come out on 80mm thermal paper and the printer cuts automatically after each strip.
- Adjust Darkness, Contrast, and Sharpness with a live Test Print. The print screen shows the exact strip being printed.
- No ink is needed, only thermal paper.
QR Ph payments (PayMongo)
- Guests can pay per print by scanning a QR Ph code with GCash, Maya, or a bank app. Payments go to your own PayMongo account.
- Setup needs a PayMongo account with QR Ph enabled, your key saved and validated in Admin, and an internet connection.
- Set prices per template: a price per layout and a price for extra copies.
- If a guest cancels or the QR expires, nothing prints and no charge is made.
Voucher system
- Generate prepaid, single-use codes for each layout. You can keep up to 10 batches of up to 500 codes each.
- Export a printable PDF sheet or print each code on the thermal printer.
- Guests enter a code at the booth. A used code cannot be used again.
Print Tracker and reports
- See today's print count, with breakdowns for voucher prints and online-paid prints.
- Generate statements for today, yesterday, the last 7 or 30 days, or a custom range, and export them as PDF.
- The tracker keeps the last 30 days of activity.
Optional QR downloads
- With Online Mode on, guests can scan a QR code to download a digital copy of their print.
- Downloads are available for 24 hours, then the photo is deleted automatically.
- Capture and printing still work without an internet connection.
