Privacy Policy

Pixslip respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and the channels it links to, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Pixslip website, including the product pages, Pixslip Rentals and the Customer Learning Center, and to our related sales and contact channels: the Jotform order form, Facebook Messenger and email.

This policy does not cover the Receipt Photobooth application. The application is separate and handles data on its own terms, so this policy does not describe or govern how the application handles data.

By using this website or contacting us through the channels below, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not submit personal information to us.

This website does not have user accounts, and it does not have forms that send information to us directly. We receive personal information only when you choose to give it to us through one of these channels:

• Product orders (Jotform). When you buy a package, you complete our order form, which is hosted by Jotform. Depending on what the form asks for, this can include your name, contact details, delivery address, package and color choice, branding instructions, an uploaded logo, and proof of payment.
• Rental inquiries (Facebook Messenger). Pixslip Rentals bookings are arranged through our official Facebook Messenger conversation. What you share there, such as your name, event date, time, venue and package, is visible to us and to Meta.
• Email. If you write to us at pixslip00@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
• Customer Learning Center. You enter a shared access password. We do not ask for your name or email to log in.

We also receive limited technical information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address and browser details, as explained under Cookies and Similar Technologies and Third-Party Services. Our website does not collect payment card numbers.

We use the information you give us to:

• Process, confirm and deliver product orders.
• Coordinate rental inquiries, availability, payment instructions and bookings.
• Communicate with you about your order, rental, warranty or support request.
• Provide customer support and access to the Customer Learning Center.
• Operate, secure and maintain the website, including limiting repeated incorrect password attempts.
• Meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on outside services to run the website and to talk with you. They receive information when you use them, and they handle it under their own policies:

• Jotform hosts our product order form and stores the submissions and files you send through it.
• Meta (Facebook and Messenger) carries your Messenger conversations with us and powers the embedded Facebook Reels on our Rentals page.
• YouTube (Google) provides the lesson videos and thumbnails in the Customer Learning Center. Lesson videos use the privacy-enhanced YouTube embed address.
• TikTok provides the embedded TikTok videos on our homepage.
• Google (Gmail). Our business email is provided by Gmail, so messages you send to us are processed by Google.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers it to your browser. In doing so it handles your requests and may automatically record standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, in its logs and security systems.

Our own promotional video is hosted on this website, and our fonts are served from this website. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any other advertising or analytics tracking tools on the website. If that changes, we will update this policy.

Our own website sets one cookie, and only after a successful login to the Customer Learning Center:

• pixslip_learning: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in to the Learning Center. It is used only for that purpose, is not readable by scripts in your browser, applies only to the Learning Center pages, and is removed when you close your browser. The server also stops accepting it after 12 hours or when you log out.

When you view embedded videos from YouTube, TikTok or Facebook, those companies may set their own cookies or collect information about your visit. We do not control these, and you can limit them through your browser settings. These embeds load only as you scroll near them.

To limit repeated incorrect password attempts, the website briefly holds the IP address of the attempt in the server's memory. It is not written to a database or used for any other purpose.

We share personal information only as needed to run our business and serve you:

• With the service providers listed above, such as Jotform, Meta, Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and Google (our email provider), so that orders, messages and the website work.
• With delivery or logistics partners, when needed to fulfill your order. We share only the information reasonably necessary for delivery.
• When required by law, a court order or a lawful request from a government authority, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes or to meet our legal obligations. This includes completing your order or rental, providing support and warranty service, and meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it or otherwise handle it appropriately, for example by making it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Information held by third-party services, such as Jotform or Facebook, is also subject to those services' own retention practices.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle. For example, access to the Customer Learning Center is checked on the server, the login password is never sent to your browser, and the session cookie cannot be read by scripts in your browser.

No website, online service or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as passwords or card numbers, through Messenger or email.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable law, you may have the right to be informed about how your personal information is used, to access it, to ask us to correct it, to object to certain uses, and to ask us to delete or block it. These rights are subject to legal limits and to our need to keep certain records.

To make a request, email pixslip00@gmail.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may also contact the Philippines' National Privacy Commission.

We can act only on information we hold. For information held by Jotform or Meta, you may also need to contact them directly.

Our website is open to a general audience, and we do not set a minimum age for visiting it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a minor without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

If you are a minor, please ask a parent or guardian before you send us personal information, for example through our order form or Messenger. Where the law requires a parent or guardian's consent to use a minor's personal information, we may ask for that consent before we use it.

A parent or guardian can email pixslip00@gmail.com to ask what information we hold about their child, or to ask us to correct or delete it. If you believe a minor has given us personal information without appropriate consent, please tell us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

This website links to and embeds content from other platforms, including Jotform, Facebook, Messenger, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Once you leave our website or interact with embedded content, those platforms' own terms and privacy practices apply. We do not control them and are not responsible for them, so we encourage you to read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when our services or the law change. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Please review it from time to time. Continuing to use the website or our services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
